Why I'm Interested

While exploring the details of becoming a front end developer I noticed alot of things that said it would be good to have some knowledge of graphical design. I also had the thought that I wanted to create a background for my about me page that was sort of 3 images of things I like put together to make one background, and each of the 3 parts have a color overlay over it. I ultimatley ran out of time to accomplish this, and dont have much understanding of how to use photoshop, but I have started a free trial and intend to learn the ropes once I finish mid-terms.
